Gordon Dickie
President & CEO
30 years in the Automotive Industry, with a variety of Senior VP and Director roles within Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, and Product Quality and Parts and Service.
Significant experience with US-Japanese joint venture assembly plant. Wide range of experience includes working with US, European, Japanese, Korean and Chinese OEMs. Mr. Dickie also has served as a General Manager and Service Manager at the Dealer level.
Consulting experience with Chinese OEM, overseeing Engineering, OE Parts Procurement, Design, Assembly and Dealerization to bring automobiles to the World Market.
Mr. Dickie brings a keen understanding of the complexity of inputs into the vehicle development cycle, and the importance of the voice of the customer data as input early and throughout the product development process.
Mr. Dickie is a Fellow member of the Institute of Motor Industry (FIMI), a Certified Automotive Engineer (CAE) and City & Guild of London Institute Engineer. He attended Springburn College of Engineering in the UK.

30 years Global Automotive experience with vehicle & automotive parts manufacturers in Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality systems. Major focus in quality and manufacturing systems development for sustained competitiveness in the global market.
Experience working for large Japanese OEM and advising Chinese OEM in areas of operational performance improvement. Recently provided major Chinese automotive OEM with process and quality improvement advisory services working for J.D Power and Associates. Significant experience as manufacturing engineer at Nissan manufacturing plant in Australia and remained engaged in all aspects of vehicle manufacturing, quality new model launch and systems development. As Vice President of Operations & Quality with Mark IV Automotive based in Michigan, USA, provided quality and operational leadership to ten manufacturing sites in North America supporting all major automotive OEMs.
Mr. Asif brings a keen understanding of the need for collaboration between design and manufacturing to ensure critical customer attributes are translated and effectively executed into new vehicles.
